I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a short walk from downtown Banff, making it perfect for enjoying nightlife and dining options. The rooms are spacious and cozy, complete with a welcoming fireplace, adding to the ambience. The staff truly made my experience special with their attention to detail, especially for our anniversary. However, I was a bit disappointed by the parking fee that wasn't specified at booking, which detracted slightly from the value.
Our stay was lovely with clean and spacious rooms. The friendly staff genuinely enhanced our experience, especially the concierge who provided us with great local insights. However, the service at check-out could have been better, as there were some misunderstandings regarding our late check-out request, which left us a bit frustrated. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but I might prefer a different hotel for a classic experience next time.
